What are your standard delivery timeframes?
Most of our in-stock furniture items are delivered within 3-5 working days. For larger items requiring a two-man delivery team, it may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging for a full refund, minus any applicable collection fees.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Laura James products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty as standard, covering any structural defects or faults in materials.
Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique consignment number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through providers like Klarna and Clearpay.
Do you offer furniture assembly services?
Currently, our furniture is delivered flat-packed with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. We do not provide an in-house assembly service at this time.
